This trail network blends soft hiking paths and adrenaline-filled biking routes with eco-conscious infrastructure to offer visitors an immersive experience of Petra’s natural beauty and cultural heritage. Featuring strategically placed adventure stations, scenic rest areas, and a micro adventure village equipped with zip lines, stargazing, outdoor cinema, and storytelling nights, Sabra Trail is more than a hike—it’s a celebration of local life and sustainable tourism. The project also supports community empowerment through job creation, training, and cultural storytelling. With Petra’s ancient trails as its canvas, Sabra Trail invites explorers of all ages to rediscover this iconic landscape in ways never imagined before.
Natural Snacks with a Local Soul
Founded by Hike With Me in collaboration with local women entrepreneurs in Wadi Musa, Qarmesh is a handcrafted dried fruit brand that redefines healthy snacking through tradition, creativity, and sustainability. From apple chips dusted with cinnamon to unique blends of dried figs, mint, and dark chocolate, Qarmesh brings together the authentic flavors of Petra with eco-conscious packaging and ethical production. The project not only promotes wellness and local identity but also empowers women by turning their culinary passion into a source of income and pride. Through partnerships with hotels, gift shops, and tourism centers, Qarmesh aims to become a go-to treat for visitors looking to take home a piece of Petra’s natural taste and heartwarming story.
Resupply with Purpose Along the Jordan Trail
Founded by Hike With Me, the Trail Magic Initiative reimagines long-distance hiking in Jordan by transforming the Jordan Trail into a safer, more accessible, and inspiring journey. This groundbreaking project installs solar-powered resupply and safety stations in the trail’s most remote and scenic locations, offering hikers essential support—clean water, nutritious snacks, emergency kits, charging outlets, and an SOS system—all while blending into the natural landscape. Each station is a lifeline wrapped in hospitality, showcasing local culture and promoting sustainability. With community engagement at its core, Trail Magic not only uplifts the hiking experience but empowers local partners to play a vital role in Jordan’s adventure tourism growth. By supporting this project, we’re not just enhancing a trail—we’re building a new global standard for self-supported hiking rooted in care, connection, and innovation.

Inspired by the warmth of old Petra and the spirit of modern creativity, Makaan will serve comforting, beautifully presented dishes made from fresh, natural ingredients in an atmosphere that feels like home. It’s a place where tradition meets innovation, where conversations flow as easily as tea, and where locals and visitors alike can reconnect with themselves and each other. More than a restaurant, Makaan is a community space designed to nourish the heart as much as the body—a soulful retreat shaped by the people who enter it.
Showcasing Local Heritage Through Artisan Excellence
Founded by Hike With Me and developed in collaboration with local producers and community leaders, Made in Petra is a cultural branding initiative dedicated to promoting and elevating Petra’s locally made products. Centered in the historic Al-Ji Heritage Village—an authentic reconstruction of Wadi Musa’s traditional market—the project will launch a 200m² exhibition and retail space to connect Petra’s artisans with the world. From handcrafted goods and heritage crafts to gourmet products, Made in Petra empowers over 20 local producers in its first phase, offering them services such as packaging, product development, marketing, and online sales. This platform acts as a bridge between visitors and Petra’s creative soul, enriching the tourism experience while fostering local economic growth and cultural pride. By blending tradition with innovation, Made in Petra brings the heart of Petra into every product.
